I just grabbed a a module from CPAN (Pod-PalmDoc-0.0.2.tar.gz) and ran the 'Makefile.pl' code. It generated 'Makefile' now what?
I am running ActiveState on Win32. No C complier, but I don't see why I would need one (it is only one .pm file, and belongs in the /lib/pod dir.) Seems to me there should be some way to execute the Makefile that was created. I believe it would be 'make Makefile', but where do I find the 'make' executable? That way it would create the doc's etc. in the correct locations. And yes, I did check ppm, they don't have it available, they did however have Palm::PalmDOC that calls it! Thanks All! btw, Palm::PalmDOC is suppost to write the PalmDOC format, and Pod::PalmDOC (the one I am having problems with) is supposed to use Palm::PalmDOC to format a .pod file and put it on the Palm. -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] Using The Bat! eMail v1.60k Windows 2000 5.0.2195 (Service Pack 2) I was the next door kid's imaginary friend. -- -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
