Why don't you test it yourself, instead of asking us for permission?  You
can learn a lot about Perl by trying things yourself.

And no, you can't.  In a double-quoted string, "\co" means Ctrl-O, and I
doubt you wanted that.  Either use a backslashed backslash, a forward
slash, or single quotes.  (I suggest forward slashes.)
