I'm having problems getting XPATH to install on Cygwin Windows. I downloaded Expat from souceforge, and installed it, but for some reason XML::Parser can not find expat.h even though I supply the env vars EXPATINCPATH=d:\XML\expat and EXPATLIBPATH=d:\XML\expat\src\expat_win32bin_1_95_1 (I have tried both unix and windows styles). I have even copied the expat.h file into the directory where it is supposed to be built. Anyone have any ideas what else I can do?
