While using your regexEvaluater1.0.2.pl, I encounter the following problem:
"Can't locate Tk.pm in @INC ( @INC contains: C:/Perl/lib C:/perl/site/lib. ) at regexe~1.pl line 54. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at regexe~1.pl line 54."
