Being very new to perl, I don't understand what impact most of these changes will have, but I'm particularly interested in the addition of the SWITCH statement. I thought it might be an interesting to discuss which feature(s) the more advanced users are looking forward to, and what impact that will have - sort of a learning experience I guess.
