Why was this in the "killing idle users" thread instead of in your "get external IP from D-Link router" thread? It makes it tough to follow what you're doing, not to mention distracting... It looks like you're not even intending to be in that thread but just starting a new one, in which case it shouldn't be in *any* thread (though I wouldn't consider that the wisest approach, either). Your code doesn't jump out at me as having any problems, though I see that you'r enow using an account where before you said you weren't. Do you get any other output that you could show us instead of just letting the code fall through to "login failed"?
