actually there are a Lot of folks who have a lot of
really good email application - and/or have even
more interesting 'adult' style solutions so that
they have this resolved for them prior to their
opening an MUA....

Half the reason I appeared to be 'under supportive'
of the gentleman who wanted to make his own 'mail server'
project - is because I understand SOME of the "the Pain"
that goes into that space....

How to get your perl code to cope with POP/IMAP/<VERB>
when you also face the 'single homed' auto mounting
problems - and have to resolve - should my server
do this? or should I force his client to recognize
that it would be 'faster' on the network to view those
'folders' as being local.....

In the end, we all come back to the same place,

        ALL SOFTWARE IS EVIL

all persons who code Need Therapy!

We code in perl because we do not have the time
to be fashionable.... we just have to get this done.

ciao
