When I try to install libwww-perl through ppm3 from the ActiveState repository I get
Error: PPD for 'R:/inetpub/wwwroot/www2.activestate.com/PPMPackages/5.6-plus/libwww-perl.ppd' could not be found. Am I doing anything wrong? I've tried it on 2 machines and they both give the same error.
