Is it just me, or if they had followed the instructions
that I outlined they would have noticed the need to
have a simple solutions for addressing 'current state'
of the CPAN - and their strategy for dealing with
proof and provability vis what is there, over and
against what they needed to extend, to do it right?
Likewise - the means and mechanisms to deliver
platform independent solutions, hence, by defintion,
the
UNNATURAL SYSTEMS
that do not by default have the full compiler suite....
