Since you are asking people to change thier user agent's configuration, how about chainging your Content-Type from: Content-Type: multipart/signed; micalg=pgp-sha1; protocol="application/pgp-signature"; boundary="zq44+AAfm4giZpo5" to: Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii or something equivalent. Your messages show up fine in Knode but come in as attachments in Outlook using the nntp server at nntp.perl.org. I've seen a couple of other posts requesting you to change this.
