Webmaster for what? Apache webserver? Running on Linux? If that's the case, you may want to join the list for your particular flavour of Linux, and the apache administrators list. Just FYI, if you're interested in learning about anything to do with front ends (flash, html, javascript, etc..) join the babble list at http://www.babblelist.com/ . I know that is completelly OT from your original post, I just dig that list tho, so I thought I'd share it.
