from DOS CHARACTER SET to ANSI CHARACTER SET

Hello everybody,

Does someone know how to easily convert a file 
from DOS CHARACTER SET to ANSI CHARACTER SET?

A line, for example, from:

19/10/2002 03:06       757281 \Apresenta‡äes\Aquarium.zip

To:

19/10/2002 03:06       757281 \Apresentações\Aquarium.zip
