Hi there Wiggins, Thank you for your advice, I have heard of Cygwin and tried to visit their site but it says it can't find the domain. Will try later. I have also heard of ActiveState. I am wanting to develop pure CGI programs with Perl (when i finally learn it), is this setup still good for this, getting ActiveState and CygWin. I suppose installing Apache on my machine will be required as well. Recommend any distro's like FoxServ, etc?
