I want to write a script that takes its parameters from an email.
Now here is the tricky part the mail is not on the server its after it
has been received via pop.

Example.
Someone sends an email that is supposed to trigger the creation of a
price list.
Mail comes in to mail server (we do not own and it is not on site). Mail
is then received on a windows xp machine running outlook xp. I want
outlook to run a perl script for this mail message. I want the script to
parse the email and extract the command are parameter that is going to
be used in the script.

Is this even possible? If so how do I do it. I can do the actual
programming but how do I get it to automatically process the mail.
