I know this group is not about virii, I'm just asking incase somebody found
the answer. I have some backups zipped which is apparently infected with a
trojan called Flashkiller.b, why I say apparently, is cause not Norton AV,
McAfee, or any of those detect the virus/trojan. I use AntiVir available from www.free-av.com which detects this. I cannot
delete the backups, I need to get rid of the Trojan, although it apparently only
spreads on Win9x and I'm using Win2K. although it will thus not spread on my
machine, I'm not sure if this thing will spread on Win9x machines I transfer
data to.
Any help as to disinfecting please, or is this trojan just a glitch in
AntiVir as some sites on a Google search suggests?
