Ok I don't know where to post this but since it seems to be a perl issue I am going to ask for help here...
I have installed apache, mod_perl, and html mason on a windows xp pro development machine. I am using activestate and have installed all packages via PPM. Yesterday I just had apache and mod_perl installed. I could execute cgi scripts and everything worked fine. Today I installed mason and made the <location> changes to the apache config file now I get this error when I try to access any page on the server.. I am going to post my config file for apache at the bottom just in case you need it. I do not know what parts are relevant ( I am new to apache, and cgi).
