[ANNOUNCE] 5.5.7 Image::Magick Windows ppm for Perl 5.8

I have recently built and tested Image::Magick module
for Windows ActiveState Perl 5.8.0 builds 804 and
higher. This module is built on ImageMagick version
5.5.7.
