I have a windows app that reads a bunch of text files and then using Win32::OLE it inserts that data into an excel spreadsheet. Is there something similar I can do with an open office document in Linux?
I am trying to switch my workstation over to all Linux but need to be able to generate the same reports that I then send to my boss. Which has to be an excel file.
