Learn to live with it, as long as there are stupid people on the Net there will be mail worms. Which means always.
Or, since this is a Perl list, consider using Mail::SpamAssassin.
Setting SpamAssassin to auto-delete any messages that contain microsoft executables worked wonders for me.
