Howdy: Is there a perl module that can change the modified date of a file in Windows (or, Linux)?
On my Linux box, I'm testing the 'touch -m' method, but it isn't working very well. I have no idea what there is for Windows. Perhaps there is a perl method instead? Thanks! -X
