Finding a file

Hi
 
First :
I want to find the file Normal.dot on any computer (the users names
differ)  How can I  find the file in any tree or directory.
 
Second :
I want to delete the normal.dot and replace it with the normal.dot that
I made.
 
Help will be appreciated
