Can you at least switch from csh to Bourne sh, bash, or ksh?
In any case, if you're stuck with csh, your best bet is probably
comp.os.unix or comp.os.linux on Usenet:

Though a Google Groups search for 'csh' returns only one hit on the Unix
branch, from 1999. I'm not sure if this is surprising, considering how
much more popular Perl and other shell languages are than csh.
