I have looked briefly at PDF::API2 but found - as other have - that the documentation is as scarce as those pesky WOMD. I haven't had a chance to look at the documentation links provided recently - maybe PDF::API2 would be a more powerful solution with docs.
On the same topic, I don't suppose anyone's stumbled across a report-writer ( with a Perl API of course )that uses PDF::API2 or alternatively does high quality postscript, pdf or dvi output? I'm thinking of biting the bullet and trying to write one, but I think it would be a little over my head at the moment. If I must, though, I will try.
