It's again me, hopefully the last time :-(

Since the order of the -XYZ and --XYZ matters for iptables, and there are also 
expressions possible like -p ! udp etc., it's not a trivial issue to check 
correct iptables syntax with perl 
(I admit this was not the purpose of your question).
