. . .not Perl, but if an "ease-of-use" CMS is more important to you, then
you might take a look at Joomla (
http://www.joomla.org/component/option,com_frontpage/Itemid,1/ ) . . .seems
to be in wide use these days.   I believe it wraps around a PHP core.

The "romance" literature suggests that you don't have to be a "programmer" to use the CMS (content management system).

. . .I'm curious to know if the list has any thoughts regarding Joomla?
