Want to start remote desktop thru the CGI script

Hi, 
        Here's a script which has some two cells in the table.I want to
make 
        a change here. What I want is when I click the hyperlink it
should run the command
        'mstsc IP Address'(instead of telnet) so that I can remote
desktop to that machine.

        Can anybody help me how to do this ?
