Hi,

I am in the very critical situation while installing the perl modules
in WINDOWS.

If i tried to install the perl modules by extracting the tar file and
running the make file, it is giving the command line error.
If i tried to install the perl modules using the command 'perl -MCPAN
-e install ', it is failed.

I couldn't install some of the perl modules in my windows system. I
have installed so many modules using ppm. I couldn't get why some
exceptions. I am barely need a help from anybody. Please.

/****************/
Ex: perl -MCPAN -e "install Net::Libdnet".
Writing Makefile for Net::Libdnet
   -- OK
Running make test
'test' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
  test -- NOT OK
Running make install
 make test had returned bad status, won't install without force
Running make for G/GO/GOMOR/Net-Packet-3.20.tar.gz
 Is already unwrapped into directory \.cpan\build\Net-Packet-3.20

 CPAN.pm: Going to build G/GO/GOMOR/Net-Packet-3.20.tar.gz

   -- OK
Running make test
'test' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
  test -- NOT OK
Running make install
 make test had returned bad status, won't install without force
/***************/
Some times, it is showing as follows:
Note (probably harmless): No library found for -ldnet
Note (probably harmless): No library found for oldnames.lib
....

For this type of errors, what and how i have to proceed. What is
missing in my system?. What is needed to be installed to install the
perl modules. How i have to recover the above error messages?.
