Ok, thanks. I have checked, and TextPad can display UTF-8 files, however, it
works pretty bad. It doesn't recognize the UTF-8 files, although their web
page says that it recognize. Another issue is that the document window that
get the results after running a program doesn't display the UTF-8 strings
correctly.

So we can say that TextPad doesn't support UTF-8 well enough.

So I think I will start using SciTe. It seems to hbe the most accessible.
UltraEdit also works pretty fine, and its advantage is that it can handle
Perl regular expressions, however, its output gets only the STDOUT and no
STDERR.
