Why are people CC'ing perl-beginners [at] moderators.isc.org?
This mail-list is reflected to the newsgroup, and the perl.beginners newsgroup is not moderated.
I've noticed that all of the Google posts (User-Agent: G2/1.0) for the last few weeks in beginners [at] perl.org seem to have this. Is Google doing this automatically? If so, why?
