yes,this statement of keys(%ConfigFile{InputDataFile}) is may not right.
You may say,
keys %ConfigFile;
or,
keys %{$ConfigFile{InputDataFile}};
Based on what hash stru you have.
Please
use Data::Dumper;
print Dumper \%ConfigFile;
and show the results to us.
