Nope, can't be done.  (well, it could actually be done if you have
admin rights on the mailserver that the client is using, but I don't
think that's the case).

Nope.  Since it can't be done, Perl can't do it.

And I'm glad it can't be done.  Imagine how this capability could help
spammers.
