Some people call double quotes "Texan Quotes" or "Texas Quotes"
because "Everything is bigger in Texas".  Unfortunately for them, the
term Texas Quotes is being used in Perl 6 for the use of << >> instead
of «» (U+00AB and U+00BB) for the interpolating version of qw//;
