Hello,

Is there any inbuilt/external function or library that can convert a
text expression (eg. "22 + 23") and evaluate the resulting value?( 45 in
this case).

I need to extract similar text expressions from a file and convert them
to single values, but since this is supposed to be only a small part of
the whole code, I was hoping to find a built in function or

an oft-used library to this end. Help please...

With warm regards,
