I followed this <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/BuildYourOwnKernel> tutorial (skipped "Modifying the configuration") and added the one line from the patch.
~/kernel$ du -h *.deb 148K linux-cloud-tools-3.13.0-35-generic_3.13.0-35.62_amd64.deb 8,7M linux-headers-3.13.0-35_3.13.0-35.62_all.deb 816K linux-headers-3.13.0-35-generic_3.13.0-35.62_amd64.deb 15M linux-image-3.13.0-35-generic_3.13.0-35.62_amd64.deb 36M linux-image-extra-3.13.0-35-generic_3.13.0-35.62_amd64.deb 148K linux-tools-3.13.0-35-generic_3.13.0-35.62_amd64.deb utests: summary: ---------- total: 676 run: 676 pass: 674 fail: 0 pass rate: 1.000000 and LuxMark 2.0 works :) Screenshot of benchmark here <postimg.org/image/6wyqku1vb/full/>, here <http://picload.org/image/crloalo/beignet-git-c0ba37d6_luxmark2..png> or here <http://s14.directupload.net/images/140920/7ib82hwt.png>. --- Compiling kernel because of this one line added by the patch is rather annoying and hopefully will be fixed in Ubuntu 14.10. --- Thanks for help and thanks for Beignet.
