General qualifications:
1.. Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with
major course work in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related
field.
2.. Five years of experience in developing application hardware and network
solutions with three (3) years at the full supervisory level.

1.. Excellent knowledge of NT/ WIN XP, Networking, and software
installation.
2.. Having CLP / MCP certification.

1.. Having effective verbal, written, presentation, and listening
communication skills.

3.. Good knowledge of principles and practices of employees supervision and

Job Description of IT Manager
1.. Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and
major modifications to the supporting IT infrastructure.
2.. Develop and implement policies and procedure for electronic data
processing and computer systems operations and development.
3.. Oversees system analysis and applications programming projects,
networks, hardware and purchases software; sets priorities and timelines to
ensure that systems meet users' requirements.
4.. Analyze the efficiency of all computer systems and propose
enhancements.
5.. Manages and develops upgrades of telephone system, and oversees all
telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments.
6.. Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and
software and provides additional support if needed.
7.. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access.
8.. Train staff about new and potential uses of existing technology.
9.. Confer with divisions and prepare plans to implement requires systems.
10.. Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster
recovery and provides expert support when needed.
11.. Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve
IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner
12.. Prepare the annual budget for Information technology Division
13.. Maintain a good relationship with the software or hardware vendor's IT
Support.
14.. Manages and recommends the purchasing of all software, hardware and
other IT supplies.
15.. Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware,
software and resources.
16.. Perform other things as requested by Superior in connection with IT
duties.
