Pada pilihan Page option, jangan gunakan pilihan default printer. Tapi pilih
use specified printer. Setelah itu arahkan ke printer yang dimaksud (Telah di
set Server Propertiesnya).

sy kmrn coba caranya mas Ivan,
kalo sy test print ke OneNote2007 maupun ke CutePDF, bisa berhasil
tapi kalo default printernya sy ubah ke Epson LQ-2180 (sharing di PC lain)
hasilnya full halaman
sy cek di Printer.Papersize adanya cm default A4, Letter, Legal dll
Papersize buatan sy tidak ada.
Mohon solusinya.
