misalkan daftar no urut dimulai dari A2 Nomer urut akan terisi berdasarkan data yang masuk di B2 dst jika B2 berisi data maka A2 terisi nomer urut 1 jika tambah data di B3 maka A3 akan terisi nomer urut 2 dst. formula ditulis di A2 sbb:
