Sepertinya karena membuka file ber-VBA.
1. Coba buka aplikasi Excel kosongan (workbook baru). Atur security macro
untuk prompt to.
2. Buat salinan file bermasalah tersebut ke sebuah folder baru.
3. Buka file salinan yang error tadi dan jangan pernah di-Enable jika
keluar opsi.
4. ke VBE (ALT F11)
5. lakukan untuk setiap module yang ada
>> double klik nama module di VBProject Explorer
>> klik area tulis script
>> tulis comment apa saja di setiap baris pertama lembar module
>> ke menu Debug -> Compile VBProject
** jika menu Compile ini masih disable, tulis ulang baris
comment baru dan lakukan ulang proses ini
>> jika bertemu error pada module tersebut, perbaiki module tersebut
6. save workbook (save as ke nama lain juga boleh)
7. tutup semua Excel
8. buka file yang di save di nomor 6 dan coba security Macro di pilih Enable
