Coba langkah berikut :
1. buat *event initialize milik userform*
2. isi *dalam event init userform tersebut *script pengisi item berupa
nama-nama sheet dalam workbook ke combobox bernama combobox1
dim sht as worksheet
*combobox1*.clear 'buang isi combobox bernama cboSht
for each sht in thisworkbook.worksheets 'disetiap worksheet dalam
workbook
*combobox1*.additem sht.name 'tambah item berbunyi namanya
sheet yang sedang diproses ke *combobox1*
next sht 'ke sheet berikutnya kalau masih ada
3. buat *event click milik sebuah tombol* (command button) untuk copy sheet
4. *masukkan kedalam event click milik tombol tersebut* suatu proses untuk
copy sheet dan ubah nama sheet hasil copy :
'nama sheet hasil copy diambil dari* textbox bernama txtnama*
with thisworkbook.sheets
.item( combobox1.text ).copy after:= .item( .count
) 'copy sheet
.item( .count ).name =*txtnama*.text
end with
