I was trying with the Bangla dictionary from,
http://hunspell.sourceforge.net/
And in WindowsXP, the outcome was,

1. The Spellcheck window could not show Bangla characters properly.
2. I guess the dictionary format (!) was wrong, so there was "No
Suggestion" ?
