I think you are already informed about the WSIS (World
Summit on the Information Society) 2005 summit,
which will be held in Tunisia in November 16-18, 2005.
As a part of the preparation for WSIS summit, an
international workshop ('Building an Information
Society: Road to Tunis') has been arranged by Ministry
of Science and ICT in collaboration with UNDP from the
23rd till the 25th of October at Novo Theatre, Bijoy
Sharani.
And as a side-event, an exhibition for ICT4D (ICT for
Development) practioners has been also arranged, in
which there will be a booth called 'Open Source
Corner. Where open source products, promotional
materials, position papers will be displayed.
So, as an entrepreneur and pioneer of the Open Source
Community, we cordially expect your kind presence on
the 'Open Source Corner which will add more
inspiration to us.

Dear Mr. Sarwar,
Ministry of Science and ICT in collaboration with
UNDP is organizing an international workshop on 'Building an Information
Society: Road to Tunis' from the 23rd till the 25th of October. Its speakers and
participants will include experts from about a dozen countries, including a few
ministers.
As a side-event, an exhibition for ICT4D
practioners has been arranged, in which there will be a booth called 'Open
Source Corner'. We invite all Open Source practioners and researchers in
Bangladesh to participate by displaying their products, promotional materials,
position papers and so on. We would appreciate if BIOS could
participate in this event by being part of the 'Open Source
Corner'.
