BangaBhasha's Java compatible shaili is called Shaili Kritrim (i.e. 
virtual) and it is *not* a Java derivative. It is a programming language 
using constructs and keywords from Bangla, which compiles to generate Java 
sources as intermediate code. It is in no way *linked* to, *derived from* 
or *based upon* Java. The term Java is acknowledged as a trademark 
belonging to its respective owner.
