The Ankur Bangla site doesn't need a CMS since data isn't usually added to it on a regular basis, nor do we need user logins, etc. If just changing the looks is the aim, we should do it in a standards compliant [read XHTML+CSS] manner, especially since we at Ankur are trying to enforce standards pretty much everywhere.
