Solaiman Lipi uses the new Khanda-ta code (0x09CE).  If you are using the new
Probhat layout then press shift-8 to write khanda-ta.

a+hasanta+ya+a-kar is working in my site.

This is really a problem.  The way out is to use the minus sign from the
number-pad.  Same goes for the plus sign.
