Hi, In other words, what Omi is recommending is that check whether your distribution (I am assuming that you are on Linux since you did not mention that) has an Input Method that supports Indian Language Input especially bn.
Check that you have an editor that allows you to use the input and of course within the HTML tags, write the content in Bengali. Try it out and let us know how it goes.
