Sure - that would be a good thing to do and desirable too. The point is
that Ankur getting involved might be taken as invading in on a process
that the developer's must have mapped out.

I would recommend that if you do want to get them working together do it
at a personal level.

Sometimes leveraging an organisation might have repurcussions.

While I really don't like such 'if-then' clauses (personal experiences
have been a bit traumatic) it might be good if we can still get folks.
The other reason for telling this is the quote:

people and so have different flavor.

Perhaps this has been mutually decided by the teams...Fighting or
intellectual gymnastics has been an integral part of any Open Source
project - so if you want to moderate, the only request would be to
listen to both sides and *do not impose your own opinion*.

Since Ankur has been doing L10n for sometime, it would be oxymoronic if
a 'working together' has to be demonstrated for getting volunteers from
the said Institution. :)
