@ Translator Manager to keep track of the work of the translators as
well as inform them when deadlines are nearing [SDG to develop this]
-Till the development of the Translation Manager a
spreadsheet can be used to maintain records.
@ Hand over jobs if translators are unable to allocate time due to
other priorities and commitments

@ Inconsistent Shortcuts and Translations of Common Items
SUGGESTED SOLUTION
@ Use the original hotkey english value to maintain consistency and
functionality
@ Common widgets like OK/Cancel Buttons, Top level menu items etc. to
be standardised [Each Translator can send in the terms that they use
during translations and common values can be picked up from them and
posted up on the website]
OTHER ISSUES AND SUGGESTIONS:
@ Break up point of contacts in projects according to work area: eg.
translation, bug fixing, interaction with upstream etc.
@ OpenOffice Language Pack in Fedora [Jamil]
@ Write directly to Font Developers to get details about the various
