I think this is a better option ("_" may not be used in Bengali, but
it's the GNOME shortcut indicator). While we're at it, I would also
like to see "&" freed up (as it's the KDE shortcut indicator, but
maybe that's not feasible).
BTW, why is hasanta "/" and not "\" ?

ZWJ is no longer of any use (it was only used for khanda ta; Bengali
doesn't have the concept of half-consonants, no matter what some
people think). It should be removed if it was there.
