I am not sure whether you really need Samakal font, given you are setting
"charset=utf-8" properly.  Also, is SAMAKAL.ttf font a Unicode font?

You are always welcome to contribute. Given, you are currently working
with dictionary stuffs you could begin helping Anubadok project by improving
its dictionary database.

For this, you really need to help Ankur's dictionary project. You can use
its dictionary interface to contribute new entries or edit contributed entries.
These new Bengali meanings are then periodically imported into Anubadok's
dictionary database.
