As per Gnome schedule, 2.14 will be released on 13/15th March, 2006.

IMO, it will be best if we start working from 1st Feb, 2006 -- Release
of "GNOME 2.14.0 Beta 1". So no more major string change will be there.
And we will get around 40 days to update translations for 2.14.0.
I will try to send a mail soon regarding other localization projects
(ie. KDE, OOo, Mozilla, Gaim, Fedora core, Mandriva Linux, SUSE Linux etc.)
RunaB: Thanks for wishing me. :)
Mak: Where is "gnome-applets-locations" ?? Let us know the status! We
can get 80% status in Gnome 2.12.2 if we can submit this file translated.
FYI, I didn't start my regular/normal life yet. So people might not get
response soon - mailing me.
Regards,
`Jamil

Dear RunaB,
Hi all,
The following files (listed according to translator name) that were
added/updated into the gnome2.12 branch have been merged and updated
in the cvs HEAD for gnome 2.14. While merging the 2.12 versions with
the latest .pot files some minor changes have cropped up. The
translators are requested to please get the files directly from:
http://l10n-status.gnome.org/gnome-2.14/bn/index.html
and send them over to jamil/gnome-list/runa after updation.
Also.. wishing Jamil all the best in his new role as proud papa. :)
regards
Runa
